My Mannequin Arrived

It took forever but my mannequin has finally arrived.  And it is lovely!  The good news is that it is really good quality and looks fantastic, it will be great for photographing my knitwear.  The not so good news is my necklaces just don’t really look right on it.  But that isn’t a big deal as I had ordered a separate necklace bust covered in twine anyway for that purpose and I think it will look great (this is coming from America so will take a while to arrive).  I snapped a few pics below – they aren’t great quality as I was just using my everyday camera (like I take photos ‘every day’!) and the light in the spare room was not great.  While I was snapping away I just had to take a couple of pictures of my beautiful cat Shadow….  Enjoy!
